001 The Summary

Bradsky is the platform built to carry Bradley Westerman’s coaching methodology from one facility to many. Bradley is a former competitive athlete and military veteran who built a loyal athlete community over years of hands-on coaching at Bradsky’s Bootcamp. Every feature in this platform was shaped by what he actually does: building AI-generated workout plans tailored to individual athletes, tracking daily readiness and mental preparedness to catch burnout before it becomes injury, assigning mantras and performance plans athletes sign, and giving parents a window into their child’s journey without disrupting the coaching relationship.

Four fully distinct role interfaces: Admin, Coach, Athlete, Parent: share a single platform, each with precisely scoped access and purpose-built screens for what that role actually needs.

002 The Client

Bradley Westerman runs Bradsky’s Bootcamp: a hands-on coaching operation with a loyal athlete community built on real results. His athletes trust him with their performance, their mental state, and their kids. The platform exists to scale that trust: to serve more athletes, more teams, and eventually federations, without losing the personal quality of the coaching relationship that built his reputation.

003 The Challenge

When your coaching methodology lives in your head, your notebook, and your text messages, it doesn’t scale. As Bradley’s roster grew, tracking daily athlete readiness manually became unmanageable. Keeping parents appropriately informed without opening up the full coaching relationship was a constant balancing act. And personalizing programming across athletes with different sports, positions, and goals demanded a system: not a spreadsheet.

Key challenges included:

  • Turning a daily coaching methodology into a structured athlete workflow athletes would actually complete
  • Giving coaches a team command center with longitudinal visibility across all their athletes
  • Building a parent portal that provides real transparency without crossing into the coaching relationship
  • Shipping AI workout plan generation so coaches can program at scale without starting from a blank page

004 The Approach

The platform was built role by role, starting with the athlete’s daily experience. The Today view is the athlete’s home base: their daily operating system. It surfaces what’s due: morning readiness check-in, mental preparedness session, workout logging, evening recovery, nutrition screen. Each check-in is structured, not freeform, so coaches get consistent longitudinal data across their full roster.

Coaches get the inverse view: a Team Command Center showing every athlete’s readiness, mental state, and recovery across the roster at a glance. Drill into an individual athlete for full detail. Build a workout plan day by day, or hit the AI Workout Plan Generator and describe the training goal: the platform generates a complete multi-day program to review and assign. Build a Performance Plan, send it to the athlete to review and digitally sign.

Parents see their athlete’s check-ins, progress, and team information: the transparency they need without access to sensitive coaching notes or mental health detail.
