Decode Talent is a professional recruiting firm that had outgrown their previous system. Their legacy platform encoded years of process but couldn’t keep pace with the team’s workflows or the transparency their clients expected. They needed a platform built around how recruiters actually work, not a generic CRM with HR fields bolted on.

Company records mirror this depth with a full CRM activity timeline, contacts list, active job roles, outreach sequences, news feed, and invoices with scheduling.

The pipeline board gives the team a Kanban view across all active placements. The inbox surfaces everything that needs attention. Tasks tie to specific candidates, companies, or jobs. Multi-step outreach sequences replace one-off emails with structured, trackable campaigns.
